About me
Kristin Maerke serves as a reading specialist for the Republic, Mo. school district. She is passionate about guiding striving readers to be independent problem solvers through explicit phonics instruction. Kristin has been trained in, Orton Gillingham, Reading Recovery and LETRs. Outside of education, Kristin loves cookie decorating, Broadway musicals and spending time with her family.
