James Nottingham’s breakout sessions focus on the “little things” that drive big improvements in learning. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, James will show how techniques such as exploratory questioning, targeted praise, and fostering high expectations can transform classroom dynamics. Participants will explore how these subtle shifts can nurture resilience, independence, and a love of learning in their students. 
This will be 2 breakout sessions. You are welcome to attend the first, the second or both as different ideas will be shared in each session.
