About me
With 16 years of experience in education, I have taught a wide range of subjects including kindergarten, 5th grade, 6th–8th grade mathematics, pre-algebra, algebra I, and geometry. I currently serve as an instructional coach at the middle school level, supporting teachers in refining their practice and deepening student learning. Beyond my school role, I sit on the executive boards of both the Missouri Council of Teachers of Mathematics (MCTM) and the Missouri Council of Supervisors of Mathematics (MoCSM). Each summer, I travel across the state of Missouri delivering professional development for 6th–8th grade math educators. I hold a doctorate in instructional leadership, a testament to my passion for advancing effective teaching and learning practices.
