James Nottingham’s breakout sessions focus on the “little things” that drive big improvements in learning. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, James will show how techniques such as exploratory questioning, targeted praise, and fostering high expectations can transform classroom dynamics. Participants will explore how these subtle shifts can nurture resilience, independence, and a love of learning in their students. 
This will be 2 breakout sessions. You are welcome to attend the first, the second or both as different ideas will be shared in each session.

Three area superintendents will be sharing their experience and learning about how to create a culture of innovative leadership. Their ideas will be applicable for teachers, principals, or central office leaders. Hear how everyone in a school’s (student, teacher, administrator) voice matters and must be engaged whether at the classroom or district level. Learn how to unpack your Core. Crud. Crust. These experiences must be leveraged to help you grow as an individual and as a leader.

Dr. Gearl Loden, Dr. Cody Hirschi and Dr. Dave Schmitz have years of lived experiences as quality educators and leaders. Their insights, passion, and knowledge will inspire any level educator.
